OUR MISSION:  To promote public safety and crime prevention, thereby lessening the hudson on local government.

We do this through our association with the Harris County Constables, Houston Police Department, other law enforcement agencies, various security organizations and likeminded community groups. The Foundation promotes public safety in the community and in our neighborhoods. We achieve our goals by maintaining and publishing up to date and accurate information on crime statistics, prevention and reporting; as well as serving as an organizer and conduit for education, discussion and collaboration aimed at finding workable solutions to rising crime and insecurity and ways to keep citizens from becoming victims of crime.

OUR VISION: To enhance safety and security for all in our community.

We do this through collaboration, partnerships, education and information exchange between law enforcement, neighborhoods and citizens.

OUR VALUES: All citizens need to do their part to help law enforcement. Smart policing is good policing and it relies on the public to do its part. We should all do our part by working together.
